First Iteration of Laptop Performance Laboratory: Modular Play

The text of EQ4 was performed in its entirety by Bridget Close, Joséphine A. Garibaldi, Julie Stoverink and Paul Zmolek. The structure of the performance was determined by a variation of Geoff Gibbs' "liar's dice" aleatoric game: rolls of dice determined whether text only, movement only, or text and movement were performed in each of the ten section; the number and identity of performers for each section; and which collaborator's sound file (or silence) accompanied the performance of each section.
We performed this in two different venues at the Classic City Fringe Festival in Athens, Georgia.
